In this spacious accommodation with fully equipped kitchen you can really enjoy your vacation with friends or the whole family. In the communal garden directly opposite the house you will find a terrace, grill, (whirl) pool and sauna. So you can really relax on warm and cold days. Centrally located in Sebnitz, you have a restaurant and supermarkets on foot. It is also a stone’s throw to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains by car or OVP (approx. 20-30min.)
The apartment is very comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need for a long and great vacation. There are two bedrooms (1x 140cm bed, 1x 180cm bed) and a large living room with sofa bed. In the laundry room you can wash your laundry and conjure up delicious dishes in your kitchen or end the evening with a campfire and a sauna session. A grill is of course also available for great summer evenings. There are seating areas in the garden and also loungers and a lounge to enjoy the sun. Should it rain, Netflix and Amazon Prime are at your disposal and you can put your feet up after a long hike.
If you want to bring your four-legged friends with you, please note that this / this 10 € per night (from the 8th Day 8 € per night) and when you confirm, please let us know that you are bringing one (or more) fluffy companions so that we can adjust the booking accordingly.
The municipality of Sebnitz is a health resort, which is why a local tax is payable in cash. This can easily be deposited on departure. This is 2.50 € (reduced 2.00 €) per person / night. You can get more information on site. In return, you will receive a guest card with which you can take advantage of numerous discounts in Saxon Switzerland. It is also considered a bus and train ticket
The use of sauna & whirlpool costs 5 €. For this we naturally provide sauna wood and sauna oil as well as extra towels for you.
The market square is only a 2-minute walk away. There are great restaurants and some shops 🙂 The supermarket is on the other side and can also be reached after a 2-minute “walk”. Here is also the bus station, from where you can start in all directions with good connections.
The hiking trails take about 15-20 minutes by car or bus. A few routes can also be started directly from the house. The apartment is also in a great location for winter, as you can be on the slopes in just 10 minutes (the lifts for skiing can be reached in about 10 minutes), start practically directly with the cross-country skis and always find something for tobogganing. The snowy landscape is overwhelmingly beautiful and in the garden you can come together for a cozy campfire, stick bread and mulled wine.
The herbal vital bath in Sebnitz is within walking distance and invites you to relax with a great sauna area or outdoor pool in winter and summer. Even after the Czech side you only need a few minutes drive. There is also a natural swimming pool, which can be reached in just 5 minutes on foot.
