The market square is just a 2-minute walk away. There, you'll find great restaurants and a few shops. The supermarket is on the other side, also a 2-minute walk away. The bus station is also located here, offering easy access to all directions. The hiking trails are about 15-20 minutes away by car or bus. Some routes can even be started directly from the house. You can admire the mountains just by looking out the window.
The apartment is also perfectly located for winter, as you can reach the slopes in just 10 minutes, start cross-country skiing practically right away, and always find a place to go tobogganing. The herbal spa in Sebnitz is within walking distance and invites you to relax in both winter and summer with its wonderful sauna area and outdoor pool.
access for guests
You'll have your apartment all to yourself. In the house across the street, you'll have access to the garden, complete with various seating areas, a pool and loungers (in summer), and a barrel sauna. To get there, you just need to cross the street once and then take the wide stairs behind the parking lot into the garden. You can also use the laundry room in the house across the street.
