The environment
Just a 2-minute walk separates you from the market square with its charming restaurants, cozy cafés, and small shops. The supermarket is across the street, also just a 2-minute walk away, as is the bus station with excellent connections in all directions. The region's impressive hiking trails can be reached in about 15–20 minutes by car or conveniently by bus. Some routes even start right outside the house, and the view from the window alone will allow you to marvel at the mountains. In winter, the location is ideal: In just 10 minutes, you can reach the ski slopes, start cross-country skiing practically from the front door, or discover beautiful toboggan runs. The snowy landscape is perfect for a cozy evening on the terrace with a campfire, stick bread, or mulled wine. After an active day, our barrel sauna in the garden invites you to relax.

You'll have your apartment all to yourself. You can also use the laundry room and the entire garden (located about a 2-minute walk behind House 26), the terrace, and, of course, the sauna, and in the summer, the pool!
Further relevant information
- The municipality of Sebnitz is a health resort, which is why a tourist tax must be paid in cash on site. This can simply be deposited on departure. It is €2.50 (reduced €2.00) per person/night. You will receive further information on site. In return, you will receive a guest card with which you can take advantage of numerous discounts in Saxon Switzerland. It is also valid as a bus and train ticket
- If you need a baby travel cot or high chair, please let us know in advance so we can bring them to your apartment for a small fee.
