If it does rain, there is a TV at your disposal and you can put your feet up after a long hike.

Zum Markplatz sind es nur 2 Gehminuten. Dort gibt es tolle Restaurants und einige Geschäfte. Der Supermarkt befindet sich auf der anderen Seite und ist ebenfalls nach einem 2-minütigen Fußmarsch erreichbar. Hier befindet sich auch der Busbahnhof, von wo man in alle Himmelsrichtungen mit guten Anbindungen starten kann. Zu den Wanderwegen braucht man etwa 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto oder dem Bus. Ein paar Routen kann man auch direkt vom Haus aus beginnen. Die Berge kann man schon mit einem Blick aus dem Fenster bestaunen.

The herbal spa in Sebnitz is within walking distance and invites you to relax in both winter and summer with its wonderful sauna area and outdoor pool.

You'll have your apartment all to yourself. In the house across the street, you'll have access to the garden, complete with various seating areas, a pool and loungers (in summer), and a barrel sauna. To get there, you just need to cross the street once and then take the wide stairs behind the parking lot into the garden. You can also use the laundry room in the house across the street.
