A spacious, bright apartment with 2 bedrooms and a large living room with a couch. You can cook delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and in the shared garden directly across the street, you can enjoy the cool pool in summer, dip your feet in the river, or have a delicious barbecue. The barrel sauna is also available to you at any time. In winter, it's a cozy way to end the day and a great way to relax your muscles and unwind. Your accommodation The apartment is comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need for a long and wonderful vacation. You can do your laundry in the laundry room and conjure up delicious meals in your kitchen. In the communal garden across the street, you can end the evening with a campfire and a sauna session. A barbecue is also available for wonderful summer evenings. There are seating areas in the garden, as well as loungers and a lounge for enjoying the sun. Should it happen to rain, a TV is available for your use, allowing you to put your feet up after a long hike. The environment The market square is only a 2-minute walk away. There are great restaurants and a few shops there :) The supermarket is on the other side and can be reached in a 2-minute walk. The bus station is also located here, from where you can set off in all directions with good connections. The hiking trails are about 15-20 minutes away by car or bus. Some routes can be started directly from the house. You can admire the mountains just by looking out the window. The apartment is also perfectly located for winter, as you can reach the slopes in just 10 minutes, you can start cross-country skiing almost immediately, and there are always plenty of opportunities for sledding. The herbal vitality bath in Sebnitz is within walking distance and invites you to relax in both winter and summer with its fantastic sauna area and outdoor pool. access for guests You'll have your apartment all to yourself. In the house across the street, you'll have access to the garden, complete with various seating areas, a pool and loungers (in summer), and a barrel sauna. To get there, you just need to cross the street once and then take the wide stairs behind the parking lot into the garden. You can also use the laundry room in the house across the street.

• If you want to bring your four-legged friends, please note that they cost €10 per night (€8 per night from the 8th day) and please let us know when you confirm that you are bringing one (or more) furry companions so that we can adjust the booking accordingly.
• The municipality of Sebnitz is a health resort, which is why a tourist tax must be paid in cash on site. This can simply be deposited on departure. It is €2.50 (reduced €2.00) per person/night. You will receive further information on site. In return, you will receive a guest card with which you can take advantage of numerous discounts in Saxon Switzerland. It is also valid as a bus and train ticket
