In this spacious accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen, you can truly enjoy your vacation with friends or the whole family. In the communal garden directly across the street from the house, you'll find a terrace, barbecue grill, (whirlpool) pool, and sauna. This allows you to truly relax on both warm and cold days. Centrally located in Sebnitz, you'll have restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The Elbe Sandstone Mountains are also just a stone's throw away by car or public transport (approx. 20-30 minutes).

The accommodation
The apartment is very comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need for a long and wonderful vacation. There are two bedrooms (one with a 140cm bed and one with a 180cm bed) and a large living room with a sofa bed. In the laundry room of the house across the street, you can do your laundry and cook delicious meals in your kitchen, or end the evening outside by the campfire and in the sauna. The communal garden across the street has seating areas, barbecue facilities, and loungers and a lounge for enjoying the sun. Should it happen to rain, Netflix and Amazon Prime are available, allowing you to put your feet up after a long hike.

You have your apartment all to yourself. In the house opposite (just cross the street) you have access to the garden with various seating areas, the pool and loungers (summer) and the barrel sauna. You can also use the laundry room there.

The environment
The market square is only a 2-minute walk away. There are great restaurants and a few shops there. 🙂 The supermarket is on the other side and is also a 2-minute walk away. The bus station is also located here, with good connections to all directions.
The hiking trails are about 15-20 minutes away by car or bus. Some routes can even be started directly from the house. You can admire the mountains just by looking out the window.
The apartment is also perfectly located for winter, as you're just 10 minutes from the slopes (the ski lifts are about 10 minutes away), can start cross-country skiing almost immediately, and there's always plenty of room for tobogganing. The snowy landscape is breathtakingly beautiful, and you can gather around the cozy campfire in the garden, enjoying bread on sticks and mulled wine.
The herbal vitality bath in Sebnitz is within walking distance and invites you to relax in both winter and summer with its great sauna area or outdoor pool.
It only takes a few minutes to get to the Czech side.

• If you want to bring your four-legged friends, please note that they cost €10 per night (€8 per night from the 8th day) and please let us know when you confirm that you are bringing one (or more) furry companions so that we can adjust the booking accordingly.
• The municipality of Sebnitz is a health resort, which is why a tourist tax must be paid in cash on site. This can simply be deposited on departure. It is €2.50 (reduced €2.00) per person/night. You will receive further information on site. In return, you will receive a guest card with which you can take advantage of numerous discounts in Saxon Switzerland. It is also valid as a bus and train ticket
• If you need a baby travel cot or high chair, please let us know in advance so we can bring them to your apartment for a small fee.
