The cozy apartment is located in the heart of Sebnitz and is just a stone's throw from the sandstone cliffs. Located on the 4th floor, you have a great view (note: unfortunately, there are no elevator). In the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find everything you need for a delicious meal. In the communal garden, you can cool off in the pool, relax your tired muscles in the sauna, or simply barbecue with a glass of wine overlooking the river.
Your accommodation
The comfortably furnished apartment on the 4th floor offers everything you need for a long and enjoyable vacation. It has two bedrooms (one with a 140 cm bed and the other with a 180 cm bed) and a large living room with a sofa bed. You can do your laundry in the laundry room and prepare delicious meals in the kitchen. You can end the evening in the garden of the house opposite by the campfire or in the sauna. A barbecue is also available for pleasant summer evenings. The garden offers seating areas, loungers, and a lounge for sunbathing.
The environment
The market square is only a 2-minute walk away. There are great restaurants and a few shops there. The supermarket is on the other side and can also be reached in a 2-minute walk. The bus station is also located here, from where you can easily reach destinations in all directions. The hiking trails are about 15-20 minutes away by car or bus. Some routes can even be started directly from the house. You can admire the mountains just by looking out the window.
The apartment is also perfectly located for winter, as you can reach the slopes in just 10 minutes, start cross-country skiing practically right away, and always find a place to go tobogganing. The herbal spa in Sebnitz is within walking distance and invites you to relax in both winter and summer with its wonderful sauna area and outdoor pool.
access for guests
You'll have your apartment all to yourself. In the house across the street, you'll have access to the garden, complete with various seating areas, a pool and loungers (in summer), and a barrel sauna. To get there, you just need to cross the street once and then take the wide stairs behind the parking lot into the garden. You can also use the laundry room in the house across the street.
