Your cozy room with private balcony and bathroom offers you everything for a relaxing stay. There are no kitchen, but a refrigerator keeps drinks and snacks cool, and with a coffee maker and toaster, you can easily prepare breakfast in your room. In summer, the shared terrace in front of the house is ideal for barbecues. From the accommodation, you can start hikes directly and quickly find yourself amidst the impressive sandstone cliffs.

Your apartment is on the 2nd floor. It's a large room with a bed, dining area, a small fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
The environment
The accommodation is located in Lichtenhain, in the heart of Saxon Switzerland. The village itself has a village shop where you can pick up treats for breakfast. A small café serving delicious cakes and ice cream is just a few minutes' walk away. Recently, there's also a bowling alley with a lovely restaurant in Lichtenhain.
You can start hiking directly from the accommodation. It's about a 30-minute walk down into the Kirnitzschtal Valley and to the Lichtenhain Waterfall. From there, you can start a variety of hiking routes or climb via ferratas like the Häntzschelstiege. The famous Bastei is about a 30-minute drive from here.
There's a bus stop right in Lichtenhain, so you can easily take the bus towards Sebnitz or Bad Schandau. The nearest supermarket is an Aldi at the entrance to Sebnitz, about a 5-minute drive away. It's about a 10-minute drive to Bad Schandau, and a 7-minute drive to Sebnitz.
access for guests
The room and bathroom are for your exclusive use. You may meet other guests and the owners in the hallway. In front of the house, there's a small terrace with a barbecue and seating area, which is available to all guests.
