The apartment is centrally located in Sebnitz (5 minutes to the market square). The beautiful sandstone cliffs are also just a stone's throw away (about 20 minutes by car). The apartment has one bedroom and a living room/bedroom. You can cook your favorite meal in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the sauna and garden in the communal garden two houses down, or have a barbecue right there or take a dip in the pool.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a 1.80m bed, a living room and bedroom with a 1.40m bed, a large pull-out sofa bed and a desk, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
The environment
Just a 2-minute walk separates you from the market square with its charming restaurants, cozy cafés, and small shops. The supermarket is across the street, also just a 2-minute walk away, as is the bus station with excellent connections in all directions. The region's impressive hiking trails can be reached in about 15–20 minutes by car or conveniently by bus. Some routes even start right outside the house, and the view from the window will captivate you with the mountains.
In winter, the location is ideal: In just 10 minutes, you're on the ski slopes, you can start cross-country skiing practically from the front door, or discover beautiful toboggan runs. The snowy landscape is perfect for a cozy evening on the terrace with a campfire, stick bread, or mulled wine. After an active day, our barrel sauna in the garden invites you to relax.

You'll have your apartment all to yourself. You can also use the laundry room, the entire garden, the terrace, and, of course, the sauna, and in the summer, the pool!
