The small, cozy attic apartment is located in the 3rd floorA fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking. In the spacious living room and bedroom, you can gather together at the end of the day for a delicious meal, play games, or end the evening with a stream. You can rest your weary bones on the comfortable Emma mattresses at night and, if you wish, enjoy the communal garden with pool, sauna, and terrace two houses down.
The accommodation
The accommodation is located in the middle of Sebnitz. It is only a 5-minute walk to the market square with restaurants and shops. Supermarkets are also within walking distance. From Sebnitz you can reach the middle of the Kirnitzschtal in about 20 minutes, from where you can start many hikes. The famous Bastei is also only about a 30-minute drive away.
The apartment is very cozy and equipped with everything you need for a long and wonderful vacation. Located in a charming attic apartment, it consists of a kitchen, bathroom, hallway, and bedroom/living room. You can conjure up delicious meals in your separate kitchen. Of course, you can round off the evening with a glass of wine or a fun game night in the living room – in a cozy and romantic atmosphere.
The environment
Just a 2-minute walk separates you from the market square with its charming restaurants, cozy cafés, and small shops. The supermarket is across the street, also just a 2-minute walk away, as is the bus station with excellent connections in all directions. The region's impressive hiking trails can be reached in about 15–20 minutes by car or conveniently by bus. Some routes even start right outside the house, and the view from the window will captivate you with the mountains.
In winter, the location is ideal: In just 10 minutes, you're on the ski slopes, you can start cross-country skiing practically from the front door, or discover beautiful toboggan runs. The snowy landscape is perfect for a cozy evening on the terrace with a campfire, stick bread, or mulled wine. After an active day, our barrel sauna in the garden invites you to relax.

You have your apartment all to yourself. You can use the in-house sauna in our holiday home 2 houses down at any time. You can heat yourself up there and enjoy the great atmosphere of the barrel sauna in the garden. Here you can also use the garden, relax by the river, cool off in the pool or simply enjoy an evening by the campfire. The terrace with dining table and grill is of course also available for you to use.
